SUPERMIG 430


DESCRIPTION : SUPERMIG 430 is a ER430/G17 type solid MAG welding wire supplied precision layer wound. Suitable for use with Ar-CO2 mix shielding gases. It is used for many surfacing applications. Welding with SUPERMIG 430 usually required pre heating and post weld heat treatment .

 

SIZE RANGE : 0.60 mm to 1.60 mm (0.025” to 0.062”)

 

FINISH : Bright Finish, Matte Finish, Semi Bright/Matte Finish

 

SUPERTIG 430


DESCRIPTION : SUPERTIG 430 is a 16 Cr (wt.%) alloy & the composition is balanced by providing sufficient chromium to give adequate corrosion resistance for the usual applications, and yet retain sufficient ductility in the heat-treated condition. Welding with ER430 usually requires preheating and postweld heat treatment.

 

SIZE RANGE : 0.80 mm To 5.00 mm (0.030” To 0.196”)
