SUPERMIG 308H


DESCRIPTION : SUPERMIG 308H is suitable for welding AISI 304H austenitic stainless steel and similar steels. It is used mainly in petrochemical industry including the fabrication of pipe and vessel. The higher carbon content results in higher strength at elevated temperatures.

 

SIZE RANGE : 0.60 mm to 1.60 mm (0.025” to 0.062”)

 

FINISH : Bright Finish, Matte Finish, Semi Bright/Matte Finish

 

SUPERTIG 308H


DESCRIPTION : SUPERTIG 308H is a 20 Cr / 10 Ni stainless steel TIG welding wire similar in composition to ER 308H, suitable for welding of austenitic stainless steels such as 18 Cr/ 8 Ni type, AISI 304H, 308H type of steels. Excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. Ferrite is controlled between 3% to 8 %. Extra low carbon increases inter-granular corrosion resistance. Excellent crack resistance.

 

SIZE RANGE : 0.80 mm To 5.00 mm (0.030” To 0.196”)

 

FINISH : Bright Finish
