SUPER OPTIMAL 2594-15 E2594-15  ≥650 ≥760 ≥20 ≥60 DC(+) Basic Coated 25-10-4-N type electrode for the welding of type 2507 super-duplex stainless steels UNS S32750 (wrought) and UNS J93404 (cast) and similar compositions. Excellent resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion (PREN >40). The deposited weld metal gives very high ductility down to -50°C.
SUPER OPTIMAL 2594 E2594-16 >650 >800 >20 ≥47 RT AC;DC+ Super-duplex stainless steels. Excellent resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. Excellent weldability, spatter free arc, very smooth bead appearance.
