Stainless steel spring wire is manufactured with excellent mechanical properties for uniformity in spring forming. The input wire has to go through a number of quality control process to ensure strict adherence to our specified cast, wrap, helix and bend test requirements. This type of wire is painstakingly finished to eliminate flaws which reduce fatigue strength i.e. lateral and longitudinal cracks, pits and marks.
