Mechanical belt fastening system is one of the most important steps in splicing a belt.Mechanical Fasteners combine strength and durability with fast, easy installation for aquality, long-term splicing option.
Rivet Solid Plate Fastening System is recommended for high-tension applications, with astaggered, multiple-point attachment for a long-lasting hold. Ideal for use with straight-warped belts because rivets separate the fibers instead of displacing the carcass
Bolt Solid Plate Fastening System produces a strong, sift-free splice with superior holding ability thanks to a combination of top-and-bottom plate compression and high-tensile-strength bolts.
Rivet Hinged Fastening System is ideal for use on rubber-plied and PVC solid woven belting and for worn belts unfit for vulcanized splices, delivering performance and long life with easy installation

PRIMARY BELT CLEANER
Primary belt cleaners are designed to scrape material off the conveyor belt. Primary cleaners are mounted to the head pulley, below the material flow. They are ideal for removing large pieces of material – typically about 60-70 percent of initial carryback.
Secondary cleaners are built to scrape materials left on the belt beyond the head pulley. Secondary cleaners are located just past where the belt leave the head pulley, and anywhere else down the beltline. Secondary cleaners are especially good at removing fines and can increase cleaning efficiency to more than 90 percent.
Flexco belt trainers use a combination of friction and tension to correct alignment issues and avoid forces that can damage your belt and your structure. Our unique “Pivot and Tilt” technology is used in many of our designs to respond and compensate immediately to belt misalignment.
